NNHK Produces Heat Radiation Coatings (HRCs)
H.R.C. is a series super heat-radiating coating material studied and developed independently by this company with the objective of reducing the thermalenergy required by various industrial furnaces.
PRODCUTS:
HRC (I) HRC (III)
HRC (II) HRC (ST)
By coating the interior walls of an industrial furnace, boilers, heat exchangers, etc. with H.R.C. to raise the emissivity of the furnace walls and ceiling, the . amount of radiation (emission) heat from the furnace surfaces by the material being heated is increased (that is, the amount of heat received by the heated material is amplified), thus, with the preset heating conditions maintained, the total heat generated by the heat source is decreased compared with an uncoated furnace. As a result, the furnace can be operated at lower temperatures compared with an uncoated furnace, resulting in improved energy efficiency and reduced emission of greenhouse-effect gases, thereby helping to prevent global warmIng.
